Event Highlight: Charles Kay Jr. & Tony Haugen
This Thursday night, be sure to stop by Apiary Social Club for a series of fun!
Starting at 4:00pm, we will feature Omaha-based artist Charles Kay Jr. Since January, Charles’ work has been on display throughout the Club, offering members a unique opportunity to experience and collect pieces from an artist whose work has been exhibited internationally—from Paris and New York to the Bemis Center and Denver International Airport.
Followed by a special event at 6:00pm, head over to the cigar lounge to meet with Tony Haugen of Crux Cigars. Join us in the cigar lounge to hear Tony share insights on the upcoming lineup of Crux cigars and the craftsmanship behind the blends.
He’ll also dive into the story behind the Behive cigar, giving members the opportunity to cut and light their very first Behive alongside the creator himself. Stop by, enjoy the experience, and celebrate one of the most exciting cigar releases in the Club’s history.

Fresh from Nicaragua, our official Behive cedar dress boxes have arrived at Apiary Social Club — each a beautifully crafted box holding 20 full Behive cigars. Priced at $500 before member discounts, this collector-worthy release represents the first signature cigar in Apiary history.

Women’s Cigar Education 101 ~ Monday, March 16 | 6:00 PM
By request, we’re excited to host our very first Women’s Cigar Education Event on Monday, March 16 at 6:00 PM in the Board Room. This staff-led evening is designed to build confidence and deepen your appreciation — guiding you through how to select flavor profiles, properly cut, and light a cigar with ease.
Your $25 ticket includes the opportunity to choose two cigars from our humidor along with one complimentary drink to enjoy during the session. Join us for a relaxed, empowering introduction to cigar culture — crafted exclusively for the women of Apiary.
Women’s Book Club ~ Tuesday, March 17 | 6:30 PM
Join us on Tuesday, March 17 at 6:30 PM in the cocktail lounge for our March edition of Women’s Book Club. This month’s gathering is a chance to dive deeper into thoughtful conversation, share perspectives, and continue building meaningful connections within our growing community.
